The worflow module is used to define the procedure to be followed by editors for all documents before being published to the site.

You can define editing rights, correction rights and so on for the steps in the uploading procedure. 

Neo-CMS automatically generates an e-mail that notifies the person(s) in charge that new pages have been created. The documents can be modified, accepted, or returned to the authors for correction. When validated, the documents continue to the next step.

Several decision levels can be configured. User rights can be restricted to certain parts of the site or to certain pages.
